vBulletin 3.8.9 to xenforo Conversion

I am getting ready to convert to xenforo. I will use this thread to ask questions as I proceed through the process.

I will do a test convert first and if all ok start the real process.

Are there any tips you can share that will make things go well?

A test import is the way to go. I haven't done a vbulletin conversion in a while. From what I remember it was very smooth converting to xenforo from it.

If you run into problems post about it and I'll help you out.
