I am checking out the site and wanted to test out the resource manager. I noticed I am not able to download or add resources.

Is there a post restriction of have I come across a bug?

Disregard. I see I had to validate my xenforo license.

You should add a notice of a thread letting people know in order to add or download resources that they need to verify they have a xenforo license.

I knew I had forgot something. I will post a notice and an announcement about validating the xenforo license before being able to add or download from resources area.
