Here are a few tips to help you to manage your staff.
- Give them tasks so they can complete them during the week.
- Make sure they are taking care of the members and monitoring the post quality and how well they treat the members.
- Make sure they complete those tasks. It's just like a real job if you don't do it you will get a warning.
- Make sure they are not to hard on the members everyone slips up here and now.
- Make sure you have group/staff meeting monthly/weekly so you can discuss what's going on around the forum.
- Lastly make sure your staff is happy. A happy group of staff members will always have your back no matter what.
- Create a set of staff guidelines and make sure they know and follow them.
